To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal

If you’re not perfectly satisfied, KIINI gladly accepts returns of items in their original condition, tags, and packaging within 15 days from the original order date for store credit only. We do not offer exchanges, please place a new order. Items must be returned with KIINI tags attached, and hygienic liner intact.

Restrictions

• International Purchases are not eligible for returns at this time.
• All items must be returned unworn with their original tags, hygienic liners, and packaging intact

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition. Items returned in used condition without tags or hygienic liners intact will not be eligible for a store credit.

Store Credit will not be issued until the return is approved and processed.

Handling Fee

All returns submitted for store credit are subject to a handling fee of 15 USD per order and will be deducted from the amount of your store credit. This 15 USD fee covers shipping labels, and additional shipping charges.
